Job Summary:
The Internal Sales Agent (ISA) will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls and follow-up communications to prospective clients.
Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
